Her Spanish is Colombian and her English is patient with guests whose sentences have started coming apart around hour twenty of a journey. Most of the hotels are close, so a booking made on the way up in the lift is not an unreasonable one, and often the one that gets made. Two hours is where she settles, once the arriving is finished and the room has stopped feeling like a corridor. Overnight is where she is at her least hurried, and where the time zone finally stops mattering to anybody in the room.

On WhatsApp, naming Celia, the hotel, the room number, the hour and how long. If the hotel is at the airport, say so.
If she is free for that hour we come back with a time. If she is not, we say so rather than sending somebody else in her place.
Payment on arrival: cash in any major currency at the day's rate, card, or crypto. The hour starts when the door closes.
