Nobody has to translate for her; she is American, and the whole evening happens in English at no cost to a guest too tired to think in a second language. The sameness of hotel rooms gets to people around the third night, and she seems to know that without needing it explained. Her place is close enough that the waiting is not the worst part. Guests who book her once on a layover tend to book her again when the same route brings them back, and almost always for longer the second time.

One message with the hotel, the room, the hour and the length. The confirmation comes back inside ten minutes with a name and a time — and the name is the one you asked for.
On WhatsApp, naming Brooklyn, the hotel, the room number, the hour and how long. If the hotel is at the airport, say so.
If she is free for that hour we come back with a time. If she is not, we say so rather than sending somebody else in her place.
Payment on arrival: cash in any major currency at the day's rate, card, or crypto. The hour starts when the door closes.
